The brains behind the Design Mindset Detector™ are Dr. Magda Kochanowska and Weronika Rochacka Gagliardi, who jointly operated the consultancy firm DESIGN PROVISION from 2016 to 2023. Both have extensive experience in executing projects, workshops, and training in the Design Thinking approach, particularly in the field of Service Design, both in Poland and abroad. The Multidimensional Design Mindset Questionnaire (MDMQ) was developed in collaboration with psychologists Dr. Magdalena Żemojtel-Piotrowska and Dr. Jarosław Piotrowski. The project’s development was also supported by sociologist Dorota Cetnarska. The tool is continuously evolving under the guidance of Magda Kochanowska and is managed by her company Design Nurture.
